KRS Ambient Heaters Black Glass version offer a short-wave radiant heating solution that is ideal for any type of installation, particularly in rooms with a sophisticated design or subject to dust and dirt. Their distinguishing feature isimmediate activation: the heater goes from zero to 100 percent intensity in just 4.5 seconds. Although the bulb is transparent, the presence of black glass causes the emission to turn a striking red during operation. The robust construction employs ceramic or borosilicate glass, and the unit can be easily coupled with presence or timed sensors for intelligent, targeted heat control. Heaters can be supplied in various power and length combinations, with special ATEX versions available upon request.
