Some materials need a constant temperature during the winter, or should never fall below certain temperatures. Electric drum warmers are an efficient method of maintaining a constant temperature in jerry cans, barrels, tanks and IBC containers.
Thanks to the radiant core installed inside the bands, the materials can always maintain the ideal temperature required by the user. Each band is equipped with an on-board thermostat, which allows the temperature inside the band to be adjusted: the user calibrates the thermostat according to the time and material characteristics of the container and what is contained inside.
The band is made of a nylon outer cover; it is a synthetic material, very resistant and durable even in the most extreme conditions. On the inside it has a layer of glass fibre insulation, to which the heating element is attached.
The whole is closed with a glass-silicone layer, which is ideal for adhering perfectly to the drum or pallet that the user has to heat and withstand high temperatures.
