Fral FR1150T Adsorption Dehumidifier

The Fral FR1150T adsorption dehumidifier is an advanced solution to address humidity problems in industrial environments. Its operating principle is based on dual airflow management: one for dehumidification and the other for rotor regeneration. Through two powerful fans, process air flows through the rotor, impregnated with highly hygroscopic silica gel, yielding its moisture content. Subsequent expulsion of the dehumidified air into the process occurs efficiently. The solid structure, made of painted galvanized steel and/or AISI304 steel with sandwich panels, offers strength and ease of maintenance. The fans, coupled with single-phase and/or three-phase motors, provide a constant air flow, adjustable through a frequency converter. The rotor, with honeycomb structure and corrugated sheets, retains its absorptive capacity even under extreme conditions. A belt drive system controls the movement of the rotor, while an electric battery heats the regeneration air to expel moisture to the outside. Two G4 filters ensureeffective air cleaning, while PLC control handles crucial functions such as regeneration temperature control and thermal protection. In accordance with European standards, the electrical panel, accessible through the top panel, includes essential components such as circuit breakers and relays for safe and efficient operation of the device.
